Our new Slamboree Radio Show kicked off last night on Rhubarb Radio from 7-8pm. It was a pilot show as the rhubarb site is still under construction and featured our Prokofiev track, a breaks mix from Mike Freear and a breaks and dubstep into dnb one from myself. – http://www.rhubarbradio.com/

The format of the show is going to be brand new promos and very much a dj based show. As we are the dj and producer side of Slamboree i thought this would fit really well. I’m wondering now though if it would be better to have it as a mr elephant radio show. Mr Elephants already got the jingles and has built up a audience, and Slamboree has naturally turned more into a band. Me and Mike have also spoke about our original idea of forming a more electronic based duo and working with local musicians, and as he is based largely in Barcelona at the mo i’m wondering if it might be more appropriate to have mr elephant as the thursday night show.

Thinking out loud here, but think this might make more sense. Will do a few of these anyway if you fancy checking out our pilot show here it is.
